What Happens To My Credit Card Information After Purchase?

During the online transaction process we do not have access to or retain debit card numbers, credit card numbers or Card Verification Values/Codes (CVV/CVC). Salut Sol therefore also can not share it with anyone.

 

What Happens After I Place My Order?

Once your online order is complete you will receive an order confirmation via email that will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can confirm the details of your order by checking this order confirmation email.

 

Why Haven't I Received A Confirmation Email Regarding My Order?

There are usually two reasons for this. (1) you may have misspelled your email address at checkout or (2) your email service provider may have incorrectly sent your order email from us to your junk/spam folder.

Please check your junk/spam folder for your confirmation email. We highly recommend you add us to your email contact list or whitelist all emails from @salutsol.com to ensure our messages get to you.
